- Central Business District Map The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. State: South Carolina City: Greenville Delineated Area: The Government requests Space in the Central Business District of Greenville, South Carolina within the following boundaries: North: N Academy Street South: Vardry Street East: Church Street West: S Academy (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,575 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,575 Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF): Not to exceed 5,261 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 12 structured (secured) parking spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Term Option: N/A Additional Requirements: - After-Hours Access Required - Unique Security Constraints - Uni que HVAC Requirements - Freight Elevator Required Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire protection and life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: All expression of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties may submit pertinent information by email or certified mail no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on October 30, 2015.
