- his is a Sources Sought, Request For Information (RFI) notice. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is looking for an Aircraft Refueler Vehicle. This vehicle is intended to provide an all-terrain and off-road capability, and able to run on high-sulfur content diesel fuel (10,000 ppm) under severe off-road conditions. Mobility and reliability shall be key attributes, as well as meeting other requirements of this specification under conditions of unpaved (gravel/sandy) roads, mountainous terrain, and extreme climatic conditions. The vehicle mission requires a heavy duty, operational capability in low temperatures at moderate altitudes and cooling suitable for high temperatures in desert conditions. The vehicle should be an agile, off-road vehicle having low maintenance and commercially available Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) common spare parts. This is NOT an Invitation For Bid (IFB) or a Request For Proposal (RFP). It is requested the contractor fill out the attached RFI spreadsheet for this potential vehicle requirement.
