Description: This is a notice that U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District is planning to award a Sole Source award to the New York State Thruway Authority. The purpose of award is to have access to E-Z Pass toll payment system for all Government (GSA) vechicles that belong to the Buffalo District. New York State Thruway Authority is the only provider of this type of service, since it is their toll payment system.
