- Amendment 0006 Drawings Amendment 0006 On or about 2 April 2015, this office will issue an Invitations for Bid (IFB) for construction of Paving, Drainage, And Building Upgrades DLA Disposition, Minot AFB, North Dakota Work completed under this contract lies within NAICS Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard for this NAICS Code is $36.5M. The solicitation will close on or about 2 May 2015. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete the work 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Bonding documents including the power of attorney shall bear an original signature by an officer of the surety.
