Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a sole source succeeding lease to City of Los Angeles whose address is 1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045. TSA space must be located on the airport property in order for TSA to effectively carry out its mission. TSA currently occupies 559 RSF and intends to remain in the current space. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. All interested parties must respond by November 21, 2015 4:00 PM ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action based upon responses to the notification is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. TSA will not reimburse any costs incurred with providing the capability information.
