Description

Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center is currently seeking qualified firms capable of providing "Service Contract/Preventive Maintenance (PM) on government owned Electron Microscope M# JEM-1010 S# 185041-142. Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools materials, repair service, software updates, parts, etc., for complete On-Site Maintenance Service as specified below in accordance with the terms, conditions and schedule of this agreement. JEOL Electron Microscope which includes water chiller, side entry goniometer, quick change specimen holder and film desiccators for the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System located at 423 East 23rd St., NY, NY 10010. Contract Extension: The Government will have the Option to extend the Term of the contract for Four (4) additional years. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the standard size is $20.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J (Maintenance, repair & rebuilding of equipment). Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to Andres.cepeda@va.gov.
