Description

The contractor shall provide qualified technician, tools, parts, supervision, and other items necessary to provide APC uninterruptible power system inspection, maintenance and repairs to UPS located at 37 Elm St, room 1000, Langley Air Force Base, VA 23665 as defined in this preventive maintenance agreement. The 633d Contracting Squadron is issuing a Combine Synopsis/Solicitation to a potential firm qualified to provide quotes. The proposed award will be a firm fixed-price for a Web-based smoking cessation service for Langley AFB, VA. The contractor shall provide services necessary to counsel patients on cessation over the phone via toll free number in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The NAICS code for this procurement is 813212 and the size standard is $10M. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. However, small businesses, woman-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to submit responses. Any information submitted is voluntary. Request interested firms submit (1) the NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER of the firm (including CAGE code); (2) a summary of their product, (3) their SIZE STATUS. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., EST, on 04 November 2015 to be considered.
