- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about October 28, 2015 for a two (2) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite- Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) type of contract with an estimated maximum contract value of $3,000,000.00. The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of two (2) diesel engine assemblies, NSN: 2815-01-588-5596, P/N: 04-20158, annual best estimated quantity is nineteen (19); and NSN: 2815-01-591-2200, P/N: 04-20159, annual best estimated quantity is four (4). These estimates are for planning purposes only. The Government does not own the complete drawings and specifications that define the Form, Fit, and Function (F3) characteristics of this engine. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $10,000. FAR Part 13.5 will apply to this acquisition. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. Proposals are to be submitted via electronic mail to the contract specialist listed as the point of contact.
