Description
TAHE FACILITY QUALITY PROVISIONS RECIEPT INSPECTION REPORT REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) VENDOR INFORMATION REQUEST (VIR) Note: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Rhode Island is NOT accepting quotes or proposals through FBO. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The pre-solicitation notice has been waived per FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.202(a)(13). Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-16-Q-0117. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 332710, and Size standard is 500 employees. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following item on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis: 0001; Housing for 9070 Sensor P/N 7345140; QTY: 8 All parts are to be made in accordance with attached drawings Distribution D drawings are included in this FBO posting. Only Companies with Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certifications may access the drawings. Information about JCP certification may be accessed at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Delivery is FOB Destination Naval Station Newport, RI 02841-1708. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: In accordance with DFAR Clause 252.211-7003 the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Governments unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. Offers should include price and delivery terms. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of DO-C9 applies. Offers must be or e-mailed directly to Rosemary.Beckmann@navy.mil.
