- Description
- AMENDMENT 0001 The following pertains to this Amendment: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q1. If these requirements are currently or have been being performed under a contract, who is the Contractor? What is the contract number? What is the value? A1. The incumbent contractor is Resolution Consultants, Contract N62470-11-D-8013, with an estimated contract amount of $200,000,000. Q2. We have a large IDIQ task order with multiple activities/deliverables. The overall task order is 95% complete. While final versions have been issued for most of the deliverables, some deliverables have only been issued as draft versions. Does this task order meet the definition of a substantially completed project? A2. Yes. Q3. The submission requirements state that electronic copies of the SF 330 are to be provided as a Microsoft file (.doc or.xls format). These are file extensions for Microsoft Office 2003 and 1997 versions. May we submit our SF330 in the latest Microsoft Office 2013 version? A3. Any version of Microsoft Office that is compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 is acceptable. Q4. Since Microsoft files may appear different when viewed on different systems (e.g., pagination may vary), may we instead provide the electronic copies as an Adobe PDF file to ensure consistency in appearance and page count from one system to another? A4. Graphics/photos may be submitted in.pdf; however, the text must be submitted in a Microsoft file (Word or Excel) that is compatible with Microsoft Office 2010. Q5. Does the requirement for 12-pitch font (or larger) apply to all parts of the submittal, or may we use a smaller font for tables, figures, headers, and footers as long as it is legible? A5. No, please use at least 12-point font for all parts of the submittal.
