Description

Under this SOW, the Contractor shall deliver an ARINC-424 navigation database providing worldwide coverage compatible with the P-8A. Additionally, the Contractor shall deliver ARINC-424 aeronautical data provided in a format readable by the P-8A AFMC in accordance with General Electrics (GE) best practices, Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics Document, RTCA DO-200A and GE Aviation’s Type II Letter of Acceptance (LOA) with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). REPOSTED WITH REVISED NAICS OF 518210 (DATA PROCESSING, HOSTING, AND RELATED SERVICES) AND PCS CODE OF 7641 (AERONAUTICAL MAPS, CHARTS AND GEODETIC PRODUCTS) The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 206170 issues its notice of intent to sole source to Jeppensen Sanderson, Inc, CAGE Code 19580, 55 Inverness Dr. E., Englewood, CO 80112-5412 for the purchase of Aeronautical Radio, Inc ( ARINC) Specification 424 navigation data base for installation in the General Electric (GE) Aviation Systems Avionics Flight Management Computers (AFMC) installed on U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon Multi-Mission Maritime Aircraft navigation database.
