- 1377-01-454-7651 Qty 110 each Delivery FOB Origin 365 DADC this is a critical safety item. Except as modified or amplified in RFP this item contains class C explosives. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is restricted to Applied Energy Technology Corp. authority (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight 0.0010000 lbs, Explosive Class 1.4. Production lot testing, contractor data requirements list and FOB Origin. Note: Certain computer programs may be required to view the solicitation and/or submit electronic offers. Do not send requests for the solicitation to the buyer. The solicitation will be available no later than 11/9/2015. A technical data package will be available for viewing on the web. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade. Based upon Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
