Description

PR 1000041653: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Priced type contract(s) under FAR 15. The term will be a one-year base with four one-year option periods. The total duration shall not exceed five years. This requirement contains 1 NSN in FSC 1680; 1680-01-473-2355; "Panel, Control, Electrical"; the acceptable items are P/N 16F8479-805 from Lockheed Martin, CAGE 81755 or P/N 16F8479-805 from Richard Manufacturing, CAGE 67291 or P/N 16F8479-805 from Interconnect Wiring, CAGE 0WW63; the estimated annual demand will be 29 pieces. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin and FOB is at Destination. The required delivery for this action is 292 days after receipt of order (ARO). This requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted; evaluated on a lowest price technically basis and Pricing will be provided based upon the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base and option years. The guaranteed minimum will be 25% of the first year's EAD. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date on or around 05 November, 2015 and will close approximately 30 days thereafter. Hard copies will not be available.
