Description

SOW Advertising of this procurement is prescribed in FAR Part 13 'Simplified Acquisition Procedures.' This procurement is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511199 and the business size is large $2600000000.00. The award will be made to one offeror. Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). Offerors not in possession of clauses and provisions in full text may obtain a copy via the INTERNET at http://www.arnet.gov. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit ritten quotations no later than 3 days from the posted date of this announcement. The government intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order. All quotes must include price(s); FOB point if applicable; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA number if applicable; business size and payment terms. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by email to vivian.d.daniels@irs.gov. The FBO will close 11/5/15 at 12:00 pm. Attached is SOW in order to quote.
