- SPRBL116Q0013 This request for quote (RFQ) will result in a one-time, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The following items are to be procured: PART NUMBER: 7001-2900-400 FSCM: 51190 QUANTITY: 11 EACH This solicitation sets forth instructions to the offeror and evaluation factors for award. Prospective offerors should insert prices for each item number and complete any requirements within the RFQ. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with Section L of this solicitation. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria listed in Section M of this solicitation. Quotes shall be submitted via email to jasanya.biasharrison@dla.mil. FAR 52.246-17, Warranty of Supplies of a Non-Complex Nature, applies to the resultant contract. If you have any questions regarding this solicitation, please contact the Contract Specialist listed on Page 1 in Block 5B. PRIOR TO SHIPMENT: Successful offerors must contact local Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to arrange for inspection/acceptance before shipment. If offeror is unaware of who their local DCMA QAR is, contact the contract specialist on Page 1 in Block 5B of this document. As indicated in Section L of this solicitation, emailed quotes are acceptable. This procurement is being managed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. Due to recent issues within the FBO system the Bid Module and the module formerly known as FedTeDS are non-operational. Therefore, all documents and quotes must be submitted electronically via email to the buyer listed in block 5B on page 1. Use of ASFI or any other system to submit quotes or other required documents will be considered nonresponsive. Files shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in quotes is prohibited. Any assistance needed for submission of a quotation can be referred to the buyer listed in block 5B on page 1.
