- 2015 Joint Base Andrews ~ Fall Small Business Summit REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN: The 11th Wing, Joint Base Andrews, plan to host the 2015 Joint Base Andrews ~ Fall Small Business Training Summit on Tuesday, 10 Nov 2015 at the Community Center. The summit's goal is to bring together small businesses in an open forum to provide training from local agencies, to discuss positive pending strategies for industry and Joint Base Andrews and it will also provide an opportunity for company outreach and networking with one another and contracting officials from 11th Contracting Squadron. Pre-registration is mandatory. Unregistered attendees will not be admitted. ***NOTICE TO COMPANIES***Limited space for this event prohibits the availability of vendor booths or exhibits. At this year's summit, we are planning on a combination of presentations and networking/breakout sessions. Any status changes will be published in an amendment to this notice. Date of Summit: 10 Nov 2015 Time: 9:00AM - 12:00PM Due to security on Joint Base Andrews, a list of all attendees will be required during registration sign up. Registration closes at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 3 Nov 2015. If you do not have a military or government ID, we will need the following information for each individual attending: *****PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY***** (1) Full Name (Last, First, middle name, any applicable suffix (Sr, Jr, I, II, etc.) (2) Date of Birth (Example: DD MMM YYYY) (3) State Driver's License Number and State of Issue. If you do not have a Driver's License, a State or Federal Photo ID Number is required. (4) Additional identifying information may be needed (i.e. Social Security Number) if more than one personnel profile is revealed from your information provided. ***This event is opened to U.S. citizens only. NO ON-LINE REGISTRATON: Send your registration information to usaf.jbanafw.afdw-staff.mbx.11-cons-lgcx-small-business@mail.mil DIRECTIONS FROM THE VISITORS CENTER: Proceed to the first stop light turn right onto W. Perimeter Rd (be caution of the 15 MPH speed limit). Make a left turn at the first STOP sign at Menoher Dr (it is a 3-way stop). Straight on Menoher Dr until you see Concord Ave on your left. Turn left you will see The Community Center at 1442 Concord Ave, it is the red brick building across from the tennis courts - the marquee is on the building and sometimes hard to see from the street, lots of parking available. Bring the driving directions with you; the Security Personnel may not be familiar with the location.
