Description

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has the need for Medical Physicist Services at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, 39531. Services will cover a base period from 11/16/2015 - 09/30/2016 with four (4) - twelve (12) month option periods. NAICS 541990 Size Standard $15 million applies. This procurement involves Diagnostic Modalities Compliance testing services. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation package will follow this announcement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) now SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. No telephone calls will be accepted.
