- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Radiofrequency Safety International (RSI Corp), 543 Main St, Kiowa, KS 67070, for a firm fixed price purchase order for 12 months of maintenance for RSI Corp Buffer Pool Tool. Maintenance includes upgrades, updates, and fixes, as well as technical, e-mail and telephone support. Maintenance on RSI Corp Buffer Pool Tool software can only be sold and maintained by RSI Corp. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email to sean.gahagan@ssa.gov by 5 PM EST on October 26, 2015. No telephone calls regarding this matter will be accepted nor returned.
