Draft Statement of Work outlining the need of the construction project. Information within the statement of work is subject to change based on market research. Request For Information outlining the requirements of this request and information needed to respond on or before November 6, 2015. This is a sources sought notice (NBD-0001-16) being issued on behalf of UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries seeking sources and feedback in the construction of a Milk Processing Plant at the Federal Correctional Complex, Lompoc, CA. This is only a request for information. Please see additional information as it relates to this initiative in the attached documents: 1) RFI outlining the requests, 2) Draft Statement of Work which provides information as the need exists currently. This is not a solicitation nor an obligation on behalf of the government. Responses as a result of this RFI shall be received on or before November 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM. All responses to this notice will be reviewed.
