Description

1. Project 675-16-604: This is a Pre-solicitation announcement by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, Service Area Office-East, Orlando Florida. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for a construction project. The project is entitled "Correct Architectural Deficiencies at Lake Baldwin". The place of performance is the Orlando VA Medical Center, 5201 Raymond St, Orlando FL32803. 2. The Department of Veterans Affairs will select a qualified responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision, materials tools, and equipment necessary to perform project 675-16-604. 3. Project Requirements. Replace the roof of Building 519a, replacing the stair threads in building 500 and exterior pressure washing and paint. In addition, this project will replace Building 504's roof and replace the tile in Building 500 at the stairway landings of each floor. 4. The modification to this notice is to inform all interested parties that the subject project is a valid requirement however posting of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is deferred until further notice.
