DRAWING PAGE 2 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS FAR CLAUSES STATEMENT OF WORK DRAWING PAGE 1 This combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG80-16-Q-P45135 for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotes incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The NAICS is 336611, with a size standard of 1000. A. REQUIREMENT: 1. (1) Each Reduction Gear Lube Flow Switch, Replace The Contractor to modify the port and starboard reduction gear lube oil piping systems to replace the existing flow switches in accordance with the attached statement of work. 2. Estimated Expenses for Travel and Per Diem. Travel and Per Diem shall represent total compensation for employees' transportation, lodgings, meals, and incidentals and shall not exceed on a daily basis the maximum rates as set forth in the Federal Travel Regulations, and the Joint Travel Regulation. All receipts for travel must be submitted with the invoice. If there is a difference in costs from pricing established at the time of award a modification will be issued based on receipts for actual costs. B. LOCATION: CGC TAMPA C/O CG Integrated Support Center 4000 Coast Guard Blvd. Portsmouth, VA 23703-2199 C. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: January 4, 2016 to January 8, 2016 D. As stated below, the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items- applies with the following addenda: E. Award of a contract will be based on the following criteria: The purchase order will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. 1. Please provide any warranty information. 2. Vendors MUST be registered in www.sam.gov The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities are invited to submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. Quotes should be written and submitted in a legible format. Quotes must contain the contractor's DUNS Number. Quotes must be received no later than 29 October2015 AT 10:00 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Quotes may be e-mailed to Gloria.H.Spicer@uscg.mil. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items, with their offer or have provision FAR 52.212-3 submitted into www.sam.gov.
