- SOLICITATION The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for a stationary food truck canteen services for NUWCDIVNPT, Rhode Island. Contractor shall provide stationary food truck services. A firm fixed price, not to exceed type purchase order is anticipated. NAICS Code 722310, Size Standard is $35.5M. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Further details will be provided in Solicitation # N66604-15-R-0168 which is being release concurrently with the synopsis posting in accordance with FAR 5.202(a) (13). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. Award will be made on the basis of "Best Value". Evaluation criteria are Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Remittance. When combined, Technical Approach and Past Performance are less important than the amount of the remittance. Required period of performance is approximately date of award through 5 years later and is estimated to begin thirty days from RFP close date, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI.
