- Residency Form RFQ Memo for Spanish Protestant Minister Statement of Work Credentials of Religious Services Contractor Form Request for Quotation Spanish Protestant Minister The Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill located in Minersville, Pennsylvania is soliciting a non-personal services contract for a Spanish Speaking Minister to provide religious instruction and leadership to Federal inmates. Please be advised this is a contractual position only and is not to be construed to be a personnel appointment to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The anticipated period of performance is from Date of Award thru twelve (12) months, with for (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available except in extreme circumstances and only if issuance in this manner is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site and should register at www.fbo.gov to receive notifications regarding information updates about this acquisition. The anticipated date of receipt of quotations is on or about November 16, 2015. The NAICS code for this service is 813110 with small business size standard. This is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
