Description

Limited Sources Justification The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source fixed price delivery order against GSA FSS contract for the HID Proximity Card with PKI Chips to Color ID, LLC, PO Box 1350, Cornelius, NC 28031 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), prepared in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(c). This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq, and 40 U.S.C. 501). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by written response no later than 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 via email to deborah.foley@ic.fbi.gov - reference Badge Supplies. Capability statements must contain sufficient detail that clearly demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with the requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
