FOH requires comprehensive Consortium/Third Party Administrator (C/TPA) chain of custody drug testing services. The services required are specimen collection, analysis of collected specimens at laboratories certified to perform chain of custody urine drug testing for federal agencies and monitored by HHS, reporting of specimen results, administrative support, and potential Medical Review Officer (MRO) services. The types of drug testing can include Department of Transportation (DOT), pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, random, post-accident, return to duty, and annual testing. The primary method of testing will be urine drug screening, but alternative methods may be requested such as, oral fluid, hair, blood, and breath for alcohol. The goal of this potential acquisition is for FOH to seamlessly offer drug testing services to our federal customers through a company which provides comprehensive C/TPA drug testing services.
