PRON: AX5F5968AX, NSN: 1680-01-518-6807, Part Number: 70070-95122S011, Nomenclature: MODIFICATION KIT, AI, 5 Year IDIQ, Quantity: 3 each min and 10 each max applicable to the BE-UH-60 (BLACKHAWK) Weapon System. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year - 3 each; 2nd Year- 2 each and 3rd Year - 2 each; 4TH Year - 2 each; 5th Year - 1 each. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing 270 Days after Contract Award (DACA), with deliveries to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to complete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
