DD254 - Security Requirements (2 pages) Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP, 6 pages) Performance Work Statement (PWS, 22 pages). RFP PDF document (54 Pages). The government hereby is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for on-site LAN/WAN Telecommunications Planning and Maintenance Services, the solicitation number is SP3300-16-R-0016. An award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government utilizing the lowest price technically acceptable source selection evaluation procedures. All interested and responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses are encouraged to refer to the attached documents for the solicitation information.
