This sources sought synopsis is a means of inviting vendor representatives to the St. Cloud VA Health Care System to provide a product demonstration (In person or virtual) of their Optometry Image Management Software on November 10th 2015. Product demonstrations will be conducted starting at 11am on November 10th and vendors must contact Tyler Bieniek prior to 3pm on November 4th 2015 to schedule a product demonstration time. THERE IS NO SOLICITAION AT THIS TIME. This sources sought is to notify vendors of a product demonstration opportunity only. This is not a request for a quote. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any product demonstrations and/or information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary.
