- SYNOPSIS The United States Army Contracting Command in Warren Michigan intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP), and award a modification to cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), work-directive (WD) based Contract W56HZV-11-C-0073 with DCS Corporation. This modification would extend the contract ordering period by 15 months, and add option labor hours'; and allow for associated increases in material and travel costs. A 15-month extension will provide sufficient time to procure the next competitive action to replace this contract during FY2016. The proposed contract modification will provide continued direct technical support services to programs managed, integrated, engineered, and developed by the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) for Program Manager Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (PM MRAP); Project Director Main Battle Tank Systems (MBTS); PM Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFV); Abrams, Armored Knight, Bradley; PM Stryker; PM Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV); Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS); Program Executive Office Combat Support/Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) and the TARDEC Dismounted Soldier Autonomy Tools (DSAT) program with the U.S. Special Operations Command (USASOC) both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This notice of proposed contractual action is posted in accordance with FAR 5.207. Parties other than the proposed source with potential interest in this effort shall contact James Giacchina, CCTA-ASG-C Contract Specialist, at james.j.giacchina.civ@mail.mil. The Contracting Officer for this effort is Ryan W. Stacey (ryan.w.stacey.civ@mail.mil). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which will afford them the opportunity to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal, and any information received in response will subsequently be considered to determine if a competitive acquisition should be conducted in lieu of using a sole source approach. Please ensure that your e-mail is titled: "CAPABILITY STATEMENT - RFP W56HZV-11-C-0073 BRIDGE MOD". Responses to this notice must be received no later than 15 calendar days after posting.
