- The purpose of this amendment is to change the opening and closing dates of this solicitation: The open date will be : November 5, 2015 and Close on November 19, 2015. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Detroit, Michigan. Services should be within a 10 miles radius of the United States Post Office, located at 10721 East Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, MI 48214. Provider should be within ¼ miles of public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on January 01, 2016 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on December 31, 2020. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates = 60 2000 - Substance Use Intake (one per inmate) for 60 inmates = 60 inmates 2011- Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 60 inmates = 60 assessments 2010 - Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 60 = 2,880 units 2020 - Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date is on or about November 19, 2015. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted.
