- 36th Contracting Squadron Andresen AFB, Guam Unit 14040 Building 22026 APO AP 96543-4040 NAICS Code: 332311 “ Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing Subject: Portable Office Space Solicitation Number: N40192-16-Q-7001 Closing Response Date: 30 October 2015 @ 1400 (2pm) Guam Standard Time Points of Contact: 2d Lt Lauren Laffosse (671) 366-1723 lauren.laffosse.1@us.af.mil I.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The procedures of FAR 13.5 will be used in this particular acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. II.Solicitation number N40192-16-Q-7001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). III.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. IV.This solicitation has been set aside for HUBZone Business under the 332311 NAICS Code, with a size standard of 500 employees. V.Potential offerors are to quote on the following line items: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the following Contract Line item Description Quantity (CLIN) and Unit of Issue: CLIN 0001 “ Mobilization. CLIN 0002 “ PORTABLE OFFICE SPACE FOR USE AS OFFICE AND WORKSPACES The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment to provide two (2) 360 SF portable office spaces and associated equipment IAW the Statement of Work. This includes Steps and/or deck as necessary, Footings and Tie-downs, and Generators as necessary. Price must include delivery as well as removal from Anderson Air force Base. All items above must be move in ready by 20 November 2015. CLIN 0003 “ Demobilization. VI. Delivery: All items shall be delivered and ready for use by 20 November 2015. VII. Place of Contract Performance: Center Ramp, Andersen AFB, Guam VIII. PROVISIONS and CLAUSES FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (APR 2014), applies to this acquisition. No addendum to this provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items (OCT 2014), applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award to one vendor on an all or none basis. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offers specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Award will be made based on the lowest overall price offered that meets the scope of work and delivery schedule. The portable office spaces must be in place by 20 November 2015. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (MAR 2015), with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (MAY 22015) applies to this acquisition. No addendum to this clause.
