Description

Commuter Program Pricing Sheet References Provision 4-3 Provision 4-2 Table of Contents Cover Page Proposal Instructions Clauses (Terms & Conditions), PS Form 8203 Statement of Work The selected Supplier will enter into a contractual relationship with the USPS to provide commuter program services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth in the awarded contract. Due to the nature of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, there will be a minimum and maximum incorporated in the PS Form 8203 Schedule Language. The U.S. Postal Service ("USPS") does not offer a transportation subsidy as other federal agencies; we provide the opportunity to employees to elect to have a pre-tax deduction from their paycheck up to the IRS monthly spending limits. The supplier purchases public transportation fare media (such as subway, bus and vanpool passes, and fare cards) from transit authorities, pre-pays monthly parking expenses, and issues reimbursement checks for covered expenses as designated by USPS employees. Employees pay for these expenses through payroll purchase. The supplier will install and support the Pre-Tax Commuter Benefit Administration Service (the "Program"), as described more fully in the Statement of Work (SOW).
