P16PS00051 - WICL CUSTODIAL SERVICES SOURCES SOUGHT DATE ISSUED: 26 OCT 2015 The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered as small businesses under NAICS 561720 - Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $18M. Vendors interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement should send a Statement of Qualifications demonstrating past performance/competency custodial services. Submit information to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Terri Dyke, at terri_dyke@nps.gov, NLT 5:00 pm CT on 13 November 2015. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform custodial services to present a clean, neat and professional appearance at William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home NHS, 117 S. Hervey St. Hope, Arkansas. The estimated square footage for the building(s) are: (1ea) 2,580 square foot Museum/ Visitor Center; (1ea) 1,760 square foot Clinton Birthplace Home; and (1ea) 275 square foot Men ¿s and Women ¿s Restroom. The buildings also include porches and entrance vestibules. The contract will also provide limited exterior cleaning at the Visitor Center, Clinton Birthplace Home, and Men ¿s and Women ¿s Restrooms. All supplies are to be provided by the contractor. A copy of the Performance Work Statement for the existing contract is attached to this notice. Paper copies of this announcement will not be provided. Any future solicitation information, if released, may be obtained through fbo.gov. Any questions relating to this announcement must be submitted in writing, via email ONLY, to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Terri Dyke, terri_dyke@nps.gov.
