- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office (GPRO), Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Travel Arrangement/Reservation Services for the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Flandreau Indian School in Flandreau, SD. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with all standards outlined in the Statement of Work and with all applicable federal, state, local and tribal laws and regulations. As part of the requirements, the contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide Travel Arrangement/Reservation Services for the BIE, Flandreau Indian School in Flandreau, SD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561599 and the small business size standard is $20.5M. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Linda Davis via email at linda.davis@bia.gov. As part of your capability statement, please include the following information: 1.) Company Name, 2.) Point of Contact Name, 3.) Point of Contact Phone Number, 4.)
