- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 6680-01-095-1193, MODULAR RECIEVER. This is a 3Q item. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. This will be an unrestricted procurement. This item is sole source to Cage 04034 - Gems Sensors, Inc. The item maybe hazardous. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 5 EA for the base year and each option years. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 65 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the item is not a Commercial Item. The guaranteed minimum is 5 each for the base year only. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 52.225-7021. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Supplier must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required.
