- Delineated Area Map The U.S. Forest Service is interested in leasing 3,717 usable square feet of office/support space and 7,500 square feet of secured, ware-yard space. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,379 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,717 Space Type: Office 3,717 USF ABOA, Secure Wareyard (For Government Vehicle Parking): 7,500 USF ABOA Parking Spaces (Total): 29 Parking Spaces (Surface): 29 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Soft Term: 10 Years ****The Government has determined that approximately 1.03 acres of land support these requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Delineated Area: Off major highway (U.S. Hwy 26). Western boundary: Taylor Creek Rd- from U.S. Hwy 26 to East Fairview Dr Southern boundary: Westbound on Hwy 26 From Leseburg Ave to E Welty St. Go West on E Welty St to Lander, then North to Hwy 26 and continue West bound, ending at the West boundary (Taylor Creek Rd). Eastern boundary: Leseburg Ave- from U.S. Hwy 26 to Gililand Ave. Northern boundary: Starting from the west boundary- (Taylor Creek Rd) head East on E Fairview Dr to Clubhouse Dr. then south to U.S. Hwy 26. East on Hwy 26 to D st. north on D st to Meckem St and continue east bound to Lander, south to Hwy 26/ E Rams Horn St and continue east to Absaroka Dr. Go North on Absaroka Dr to Gilliand Ave and continue east, ending the North boundary at Leseburg Ave. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1.
