Description: AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of the Amendment is to make the following administration changes to the solicitation: 1. Part I “ Section B, SUPPLIES/SERVICES & PRICE/COST; OFFER ITEMS; ITEM 9 is hereby incorporated. 2. Part I “ Section C, SCOPE OF WORK/ DRAWINGS; the following is hereby incorporated - contractor is responsible for transporting all (20 ft. unassembled) tower sections, 5000 ft of AVA5-50fx, 2000 ft of LMR-400UF, and other miscellaneous supplies from the Crossville Regional Airport to the HCH RCAG site. (Approximately 21 miles). 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. END AMENDMENT 0002 AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of the Amendment is to make the following administration changes to the solicitation: 1. Part IV “ Section L, INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS; Paragraph: 10; Sub-paragraph:(f)is hereby changed. 2. Part IV “ Section L, INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS; Paragraph: 10-2; Sub-paragraph: FACTOR 3 is hereby incorporated. 3. Part IV “ Section M, EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD; Paragraph: M.3; Sub-paragraph: II FACTOR 3 is hereby incorporated. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. END AMENDMENT Proposals are being requested and this solicitation DTFAEN-16-R-00015 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). Please note: this solicitation was previously posted under DTFAEN-15-R-00090 which was canceled on Aug, 4, 2015. There have been slight changes, please read all documentation. Also, Customer Satisfaction Surveys previously submitted for DTFAEN-15-R-00090 may be used for this solicitation; however, it is the responsibility of the contractor to confirm/ensure the required number of surveys has been submitted. Performance time for the entire project is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Primary NAICS code is 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with a Size Standard of $36.5 Million. This requirement is offered as a Total Small Business set aside. SITE VISIT: Site visits must be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Brad Crum at (865) 399-1407 no later than Wednesday Oct 28, 2015 at 3:00 PM CT. The site visit is scheduled for Thursday Oct 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM CT. Please provide Company Name, full names of all attendees and date you will be attending when contacting the POC. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to the Contracting Specialist (marc.lemay@faa.gov) no later than November 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
