- SF-1449 STATEMENT OF WORK This combined synopsis/solicitation for services. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised for Small Business vendors only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-16-F-7AAC05. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 561730 561730 Landscaping Services, size standard: $16.5 Mil. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and FAR part 15. The award of this contract will be made on the basis of Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable. Proposals shall be submitted providing cost break down to include labor, materials and equipment required to complete the landscaping services. Anticipated award date: 7 days after close of solicitation, OOA 17 November 2015 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 10 Nov 2015. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 305-415-7092 or via e-mail to ducal.l.hayden@uscg.mil All questions or concerns shall be sent to the Primary Contact via email only. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide lawn care to areas located at Coast Guard Air Station Miami. See attached SOW for details. Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence within 7 days after award is provided to contactor. Site visit: Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to arrange a site visit to verify the requirements within the SOW. Prospective bidders should contact Petty Officer Trevor Fleischer at 305-953-2196 to inform him of the visit 52.236-2 Differing Site Conditions 52.236-3 Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work Work hours: Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1500 (8 am - 3 pm) No weekends or Holidays.
