- The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) in the purchase of a Radio Frequency (RF) Communications Equipment. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can manufacture and supply the following list of RF communications equipment to a foreign military sales customer: a) Six (6) VRC-92 - Dual, Long-Range Radio System, non-GPS, with vehicle adapter assembly (VAA), less RT-1702 receiver-transmitter. b) Six (6) M88A2 Installation Kits. c) Twelve (12) RT-1523 Receiver-Transmitters. (US Army version) c) Unit-level Spares for three (3) years - VRC-92 System, non-GPS, less four (4) RT-1702 d) Four (4) RT-1523 receiver-transmitters to cover spares The contractor company must be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Please submit all responses, to include a detailed description of contractor qualifications and experience no later than 09 November 2015. Responses are required by 09 November 2015. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
