THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for A FULL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR Gambro Phoenix dialysis equipment with coverage for preventive maintenance inspections and repair services, including software support.
