- Synopses of Recruit Sustainment Program Support Services This announcement is a PRESOLICITATION notice of intent that the National Guard Bureau - Acquisition Office (NGB-AQ) tentatively plans on issuing a final Request for Proposal (RFP) within the next seven days as a Commercial Item Solicitation or Combined Synopsis/Solicitation pursuant to FAR 12.603. This acquisition is limited to, set-aside for and will be competed amongst eligible 8 (a) concerns. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to award. A sources sought, draft RFP was previously posted under FEDBIZOPPS under solicitation number W9133L-15-R-0138. This procurement will support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP), the awardee will primarily be responsible for ensuring recruits are administratively prepared to attend Basic Combat Training and Advance Individual Training by ensuring the Shipper Packets for each recruit is complete before they transfer for Initial Entry Training. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 561110 -Office Administrative Services, which has a business size standard of $7,500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 15. It is the contractors' responsibility to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. The proposal due date is anticipated to be thirty (30) days from the date of solicitation issuance. Point of Contact for this action is Ms. Sheryl Mathews.
