- Non-Tactical Vehicle Lease and Maintenance Contract for Ukraine The contractor shall provide all equipment and transportation necessary to provide a maximum number of non-tactical vehicles within Ukraine in accordance with the ordering clause. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The US and Ukrainian Army shall conduct a joint training mission at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center (IPSC) near L’viv, Ukraine. US Soldiers in Ukrainian training areas require transportation assets to support training initiatives with the host nation from approximately November 15, 2015 through November 14, 2016.
