- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Viasat Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of: 1. Modem MD-1324A(c)/U Modem (new revision) 1 each 2. 1 each UID Label - all tangible items with a unit cost of $5,000.00 and over in reference to DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Unique Identification & Valuation must have a UID label. If charging for labels they must be listed on the quote as a separate line item. 3. Shipping if applicable must be shown as a separate line item on your quote. Ship to address is 4297 Pacific Highway, San Diego CA 92110 This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334210 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
