Special Notice This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotes. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought notice or NRL's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. Objective The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of performing the objectives set forth in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The intent of this RFI is to gauge industry interest and capabilities to perform the services as described in the Draft SOW. Comments on the Draft SOW will also be accepted. Location Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20375 CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Contact Information 1. Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) 2. Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address and email address of POC 3. Business Size and number of employees 4. Whether or not the Company has a contract under Seaport-e Capabilities 1. Capabilities Statement 2. Management chart 3. Breakdown of personnel and/or facilities 4. Suggested NAICS code Past Performance Information Please provide in the response a list of Navy, DoD or Federal contracts supported during the past 36 months with a brief description of the supply or service provided for each contract. Only list contracts similar to those of the Draft Performance Work Statement attached. Assumptions Please provide a list of assumptions, if any, which were considered in formulating the response. Questions Please submit any questions in writing to the below individual. Submission of Information It is requested that the above information be provided no later than 20 November 2015.
