Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs Louisville, KY desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield approximately 15,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of climate controlled warehouse space. The space must be existing space located on no more than one (1) floor. Space must be handicapped accessible with 2 on-site parking spaces and a loading dock. A lease of up to 10 years, five years firm will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: Bounded in the northwest by north 15th street and the Ohio river, bounded in the northeast by interstate 264 and the Ohio river, bounded in the southwest by dixie highway and interstate 264, bounded in the southeast by interstate 264 and interstate 64. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information Provide the following information: Building name, address and located of available space, amount of offered space, building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must provide written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property The Government is limited by law (40USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
