Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i) (exceptions to fair opportunity) intends to award on a sole source basis a task order with Phillips Healthcare, to provide preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for Buckey and Ultrasound Equipment located within the Boston VA Healthcare System. NAICS Code is 33457, and Size Standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses must be submitted in writing by Friday 6 November 2015, and shall be sent to the Brockton VA Contracting Office, Attention: Kelly L. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
