Description
DRAFT PWS Baker Piston Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought for Baker Piston Exercise overseas Law Enforcement Training Support. The U.S. Government is contemplating award of a purchase order for Overseas Law Enforcement Training Support Services in Palawan, Philippines and surrounding areas as set forth in the DRAFT PWS. This requirement is expected to be unrestricted under NAICS code: 452990. Interested parties are encouraged to provide inputs regarding the NAICS code. Questions or comments regarding all other aspects of this procurement are also encouraged. The Government will not pay or provide reimbursement for any costs incurred in the preparation or delivery of the request for information. The government will use the results of this announcement to determine the way ahead for this procurement. The following information is hereby provided: a. Description: The contractor shall provide support, services and materials as required during the periods identified in the DRAFT PWS. Dates are subject to change. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and all other applicable services required to satisfy the requirements set forth in the DRAFT PWS. To the maximum extent possible, the contractor shall procure materials locally in the Philippines. This requirement includes transportation services, line-haul services, 10K forklift services, vehicle leasing/rental, storage/CONEX containers, fuel services, weapons range clearing, Partner Nation meals and procurement of miscellaneous supplies. b. Instructions: Interested parties should submit a capability statement describing recent experience providing similar overseas services to those described in the DRAFT PWS.
