- RFQP01211600002 GROUND TRANSPORTATION The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation RFQP01211600002, for the requirements of Ground Transportation for inmates releasing from FCC Hazelton. This solicitation is 100% small business set a side. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 29, 2015 and will be posted in on www.fbo.gov, all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 12, 2015. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
