Description

SPM4A816Q0012 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Waterjet with contract completion required in 120 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101 Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 15-18-1011 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A816Q0012 is anticipated to issue on October 29, 2015 and close on December 11, 2015. **A site visit is scheduled for November 17, 2015. All dates are final. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Please mail the solicitation package along with the compliance statement and descriptive literature. Mail to address listed in block 9 of the first page of the solicitation. No emails please. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
