- Description
- Work includes, but is not limited to: contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the following work: develop the utilities and the structure to install large flat screen televisions in 12 offices including add wood block backing under new gypsum wallboard, and install new duplex receptacles and cat 6 data cables for future install of wall mounted, large flat screen televisions. Work includes finishing and texturing the drywall over the blocking and priming and painting the wall. The contractor shall also install the TV mounting brackets, screwed into the new wood blocking. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The solicitation will be issued at www.fbo.gov on November 12, 2015, with offers due on December 4, 2015. Anticipated award date is December 18, 2015. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. A site visit is recommended. All those in receipt of the Government Documents are expected to safeguard the Sensitive but Unclassified information of this project in accordance with the 'Document Security for Sensitive But Unclassified Building Information,' GSA Order, PBS P 3490.2, dated September 2, 2014, which PROHIBITS the COPYING, DISSEMINATION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF THESE DRAWINGS, PLANS, OR SPECIFICATIONS TO UNAUTHORIZED USERS.
